OUR BOARD MEMBERS
Michael Nii Boye Adjei (Board Chairman) is a Management Consultant with Cox Russell Company Limited, an organization that specializes in managing start-ups and distressed organizations in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry. He is an astute business executive with over 22 years experience in the Telecommunications and Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector.
Prior to founding Cox Russell Co. Ltd, he was the Managing Director of Airtel Rwanda, leading in the restructuring process of positioning the company to profitability and growth. Whilst at Airtel Rwanda, he was elected as the Chairperson of the Telecoms Assembly of the East Africa Communications Organization, a regional organization set up to liaise with governments to develop policy and implement plans aimed at achieving seamless integration of innovation within the Telecommunications space. He worked with global businesses such as Vodafone and Unilever and served as the Commercial Director of Vodafone Ghana. He has been on the Board of InvestEye Capital Partners Limited since its inception.
Nii Boye Adjei holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Master of Arts degree in Development Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Nana Osae Addo-Dankwa is a licensed Investment Advisor with hands-on experience in company set ups, Consulting, Treasury, Investment and Portfolio Management with over twenty-two (22) years working experience comprising over ten years of ‘C’ Level management responsibility in the Financial Services Sector of Ghana.
He is the founder and CEO of InvestEye Capital Partners Limited, a Fund Management Company established in September, 2013 in the Securities Industry sector which is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana (SEC). Prior to that, he served briefly as the Managing Director of Express Savings and Loans Company Limited in the early years of 2013 during which period he increased the institution's deposit mobilization to an unprecedented level. He was one of the Pioneering Management Team Members of Bond Savings & Loans Limited (Then Bond Financial Services) in 2008, where he set up and headed the Treasury & Sales Department. He worked as a Money Market Dealer at Fidelity Bank (Then Fidelity Discount House) and he is credited with establishing and setting up the systems for their very profitable Treasury Bills & Bonds Business.
He is currently involved in initiating, driving and implementing Board directives and objectives as CEO of InvestEye. He is a member of the Institute of Directors of Ghana (IOD) and the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments U.K. He is also a trained Paraprofessional Counsellor and a licensed member of the Ghana Psychological Council. He holds an MBA from the Lancaster University in U.K, A Master of Art in Ministry (MAM) from the Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration, Banking and Finance Option from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS).
As a way of giving back to Society he has been an active member of Rotary International a non-governmental global humanitarian organization for over a decade. He is currently a member and a Past President of the Rotary Club of Accra Ridge.
Professor Vera Ogeh L. Fiador is an Associate Professor and researcher in the Department of Finance of the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, Ghana. Vera holds a PhD in Management from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Vera’s research and consulting expertise lies in the area of general business management and finance – with her current focus spanning a broad array of issues in the area of corporate finance and corporate governance, gender diversity, government fiscal and monetary policies, earnings management and development finance.
Vera possesses a wealth of knowledge in the field of business and financial management and offers management consultancy and training services. She has also developed and mounted training programs for several client organizations across the country. Vera is a member of the African Economic Research Consortium and was a visiting Scholar at the IMF, Washington DC. In 2022, Vera became the first female Professor of Finance to be appointed by the University of Ghana Council.
Kofi Tagoe-Mocumbi is an investment banker with over 20 years of expertise in national and international markets. His portfolio expands into project finance, mortgages, portfolio development, real estate, and overall program development directives. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Lincoln University and Master of Science in Finance from the University of Missouri- Columbia.
A seasoned entrepreneur with a unique capability of building companies from the ground up. Team player with excellent communication skills, high quality of work, driven and highly self-motivated. Strong negotiating skills, a consensus builder with business acumen. He’s is the President and CEO of ERA 53 LIMITED a Subsidiary of ERA GROUP. Which is a consulting and financial advisory firm known to implore top to bottom organizational restructuring in the most effective and efficient way.
Kofi Mocumbi's professional experience spans across oil and gas trade transactions. He also has expertise grounded in receiving extensive engineering experience with programming DSL trunk switching services to the Central Office mainframes at US Sprint. Mr. Mocumbi has extensive telecommunications, financial services, and advisory expertise background which include executive positions at Sprint, American Express, Fidelity & Trust Bank, and Wells Fargo.
His skill set include risk and market analysis, critical decision making, effective delegation, the ability to manage large organizations with tiered labour force from diverse backgrounds, Excellent time management skills with substantial experience in managing complex financial interventions. Kofi is also the Executive Chairman of Nutso Products Limited (International Beverage Production Company formed in 2010).
Florence Christina Maame Hagan is a Legal Consultant and Notary Public with over 30 years post call and extensive experience in Banking and Finance, Human Resource Development, Company Law and Practice, Commercial Law, Projects, Due Diligence, Debt Recovery, Energy Related Issues, Airline Law and Maritime Matters.
She graduated from the University of Ghana with a BA (Hons) in English and Religions in 1984. She then attended Warwick University to study Law and was called to the Degree of the Utter Bar Middle Temple in 1989 and enrolled at the Ghana Bar in 1991. Florence began her professional career with Securities Discount Company Limited in 1991 while she prepared for and sat the Post Call Examination for admission to the Ghana Bar. From there she joined the Legal Administrative and Human Resource Department of Ghana Leasing Company. Florence then moved to the International Commercial Bank in 1997 as Legal
Adviser/Company Secretary and set up the Legal Regulatory and Compliance Department of the Bank. Florence left the Bank in August 2002 to set up Anga & Emuwa Ghana, a commercial and litigation law firm. In December 2004 Florence set up Hagan Law Company and is Managing Partner. Florence has consulted for Africa Project Development Fund (APDF) on SME projects and was invited to join the Expert Group meeting on the policy development process for the Draft Ecowas Labour Policy and Strategic Plan of Action held in Abuja in March 2008.
Florence served on the Ministerial Tender Review Board of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning from 2008 to 2010 and the Board of the Council for Law Reporting from 2010 to 2014.She is currently a Director on the Board of Bank of Africa Ghana. She also acts as Country Coordinator for the Attorney General Alliance Africa (AGA Africa).
Florence is currently a member of the Ghana Bar Association, a member of the Ghana Arbitration Centre, a Financial Secretary and Member of the African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA), a member of the Rotary Club of Accra East, Ghana and a Past District Governor in District 9102 of Rotary International.
